- After I fill out the New User form, I get a message saying my request to validate returned an error.
- I'm having trouble logging in.

- When I try to reset my password, I get an error message saying "the authorization string is invalid.
- I never received any email from Duke TIP telling me how to set a password.
- If you registered online today or yesterday, note that it can take up to 2 business days for your account information to reach Duke TIP. You will not be allowed to register on this site until your account information from the ApplyYourself website makes it to this website.
- If you have moved since you first registered with Duke TIP, please send us an email with your new address information. After we update our records, you will be able to register with this site.
