*Residential counselors who are eligible drivers may receive a $100 bonus per term. See job description for details.
Duke TIP will provide on-campus housing and meals free of charge to all staff members who request them. Residential staff and the On-Site Director are required to live on campus; all other staff members may live either on or off campus. (Salary substitutions are not available for staff who do not request housing or meal plans.)
Field Studies and Institutes
Salaries for positions in these programs vary considerably due to program length, location, travel arrangements, job expectations, experience of applicant, etc. Base salaries are as follows:
